We want you to feel confident and inspired by every digital product you purchase from WhatIfPhilosopher.com. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible orders.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is a digital product (e.g., Guide, eBook, PDF)

  • You have not redistributed, copied, or attempted to resell the product

  • You are the original purchaser (refunds are not granted to secondary or resale buyers)

Refunds will be denied if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violation of our resale terms.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

We typically respond within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago

  • Products that include resale rights and have already been distributed

  • Free downloads, bonuses, or promotional items


4. Chargebacks and Abuse

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to block access to future purchases and report the account to Shopify and associated payment processors. We are always willing to work with you in good faith.
